Applying Online

The on-line application system for the 2014-2015 academic year (201409 - i.e. Fall 2014) will open up as of May 15, 2013.  Candidates who choose to apply before that date compromise their application.  Please only apply after May 15, 2013.   Applicants select 201409 (i.e. Fall 2014) for the academic year starting July 1, 2014.

Application deadline for the 2014-2015 Pediatric Subspecialty Residency programs was: March 01, 2013.

What is the minimum requirement to apply to the Faculty of Medicine, Postgraduate Medical Education at McGill?

All applicants must possess a MD or MD Equivalent in order to be considered.  For a complete list of eligibility requirements please refer to your applicant profile.   Also, please be sure to refer to the contents of the FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions) page to obtain other useful information about applying to McGill.  If you have an appropriate degree, please proceed.

Can I submit a paper application?

No.  All applications to the Faculty of Medicine must be completed online.

Files for applicants applying under an approved Exchange Program with their home Government have their files channeled to the office of the Associate Dean by the Government, Embassy or Agency concerned. We are unable to consider files sent directly by the trainees or by other physicians on their behalf or files submitted directly to the program.
