March 17, 2013 Dean’s Cocktail on Sunday, March 17th from 6:30-8:00 p.m. at Faculty of Medicine Deanery, 3605 de la Montagne, Holmes Hall (situated on the corner of Docteur Penfield and De la Montagne). Program Directors' presence is mandatory.
March 22, 2013 Final Exit Meeting on Friday, March 22nd from 9:30-10:15 a.m. at the Karp Conference Room (main floor) - Goodman Cancer Research Centre, 1160 Pine Ave. West. Program Directors' presence is appreciated.
*Family Medicine Exit meeting will be held at the Karp from 8 h 30 à 9 h
Pre-Survey Questionnaires: MUHC Adult, MUHC Pediatric, Jewish General Hospital, St. Mary's Hospital, Douglas Hospital and Shriner's Hospital. Deadline date for the above is October 1, 2012. Please click on your program below for the program specific package. Programs which will be surveyed are divided into Group 1 and programs eligible for exemption of an on-site survey are divided into Group 2. Deadlines are by group. *Note that Part I has been modified for all programs. It has been divided into six sections or Standards. Complete the following in lieu of those previously in your Program Folder, or copy and paste what you had done into each individual document as the questions are the same. We apologize for the inconvenience.*

Group 1 programs will be visited during the week of March 17-22, 2013
Group 2 programs will have an early paper review, decisions to visit in March 2013 to be made by Royal College by January 2013
